With Winter Holidays around the corner, it’s normal to experience a mix of emotions and reactions. Sometimes the holidays are a time to focus on the warmth of togetherness with loved ones, engage in rituals and traditions that are rich and meaningful, and take a break from work stress. At other times, heavy emotions arise as we notice the impacts of loss and grief that we carry through the holidays, whether it’s thinking about a loved one who won’t be present for festivities, mourning the closeness with family we wish we had, or letting go of expectations we hold of how the holidays “should” look or feel.
To lighten some of this emotional load, we invite you to MKE MindBody Wellness for a

In this Workshop, we will:

As a clinician, I am committed to helping people process the many pieces of themselves. Therapy is a place to grow and heal, which can feel painful, magical, and everything in between. I am honored to offer individual, couples, and group therapy for adults ages 18+ of all racial, sexual, gender, cultural, and LGBTQIA+ identities. My specialties include supporting clients facing grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, difficulty regulating emotions and moods, challenges communicating effectively, and questions around sense of self.
In addition to offering individual counseling at the Lighthouse Clinic, I lead psychotherapy groups at MKE MindBody Wellness. These groups provide a supportive space to embrace vulnerability, engage in skills practices, and give and receive validation from others. With over 10 years of experience, I incorporate my training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills groups, Grief Counseling support groups, and Restorative Practices circle work in my facilitation style.
