A Deeper Well

A Deeper Well exists to empower women to find their deepest and truest connections - connection with the Self, within relationship, with nature, and with the Divine. Offering hypnotherapy, breathwork, past life regression, reiki and energy work, bespoke soul sessions.

I use a highly personalized approach to understanding the whole person, and my clients play an active role in their own healing and growth. People who have never experienced therapy before will likely find my therapeutic style to be accessible and approachable.
I am a relationship coach for sensitive women who find connecting in a meaningful way with an intimate partner to be an unfulfilled dream. As sensitive women we often settle for less, over-give and over-think, and attract partners who take, take, take. Small talk is draining; dates in loud places overstimulating. We stuff down our wants so as not to be needy; our feelings so as not to be over-emotional.

We are a survivor and women led matriarchal organization providing the next generation of care to victims of crime and violence. We seek to learn from our ancestors’ teachings and the ways of governance that worked for the global majority centuries prior to colonization, we invite our Indigenous roles into colonial spaces. Our ways are from many differing nations and our resilience has always rooted in the health and wellbeing of our communities while we thrive through social & value-based economies.
