Wellness comes from within and we believe that your mind and body are capable of achieving good health. 


The number of people taking psychiatric medications is growing every year and we believe that this is directly related to an increase in imbalanced lifestyles, poor nutrition, and high-stress living environments. In addition, a large number of those seeking help do not respond to medications. 

We are a team of holistic health practitioners who use integrative medicine to heal individuals suffering from the symptoms of

  • anxiety
  • attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder
  • post-traumatic stress
  • insomnia
  • stress
  • chronic illness 

Our passion is to help individuals take control of their health by finding the root cause of the symptoms and assisting them in making the necessary changes in the body to support mental wellness and emotional harmony.  We work directly with psychotherapists in Milwaukee as a center for complementary therapies that will increase your mental wellness.  

Our holistic approach to wellness includes: nutrition, acupuncture, acupressure, herbs, wellness coaching and breathing exercises with plans of expanding our therapies as we find the right additions to our community.
