Cancellation Policy
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Sessions canceled within 24 HOURS of service will be charged 50% of the service rate. All Facial Rejuvenation sessions require a cancellation of at least 48 HOURS prior to appointment to avoid a 50% charge of the service rate.
NO SHOW POLICY: Appointments that are missed will be charged the full service rate. It is important to call and cancel to prevent a No Show Administrative Charge.
SAUNA NO SHOW FEE IS $15.
