Participants will commit to a four-week program led by Kaleigh Atkinson, artist, meditation/yoga instructor + passionate mental health advocate. Each session will meet on Fridays 11-12:30pm beginning June 7, held in Bayview at MKE MindBody Wellness. Investment of $299 includes entire program, educational materials + gifts!
Be prepared to ease into a spiritual program consisting of discussion, journaling, meditation, breath-work and restful yoga postures to support the restoration of your nervous system. This work may sound scary or ‘woo-woo’, it’s not.
