Join mke MindBody Wellness for Yin Yoga by candlelight with aromatherapy every Tuesday night, 5:30 - 6:30pm. Mats and props provided, class taught by Kaleigh Atkinson.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice in where we hold postures for longer periods of time, from 2-5 minutes. We will focus on shoulder mobility, hip openers and deepening our connection to ourself through mindful meditation.
